  • Delivery times vary depending on your location and the product ordered. Estimated shipping times will be provided at checkout.

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by courier services, customs, or events outside of our control.

6. Cancellations

  • Due to the made-to-order nature of our products, once production has begun, we cannot accept cancellations.

7. Returns & Refunds

  • We do not accept returns or exchanges for unwanted items, as all products are made to order.

  • If you receive a faulty or incorrect product, please contact us at ontrkathletics@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue.

  • If approved, we will arrange a replacement or a refund.

8. Intellectual Property

  • All designs, logos, and content on our website are the property of ONTRK ATHLETICS and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without permission.

  • We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website.

Returns & Refunds Policy

At ONTRK ATHLETICS, all of our products are made to order, meaning they are produced individually once you place an order. For this reason, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for unwanted items.

We are committed to ensuring the quality of our products, and we will always work with you if there is an issue.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

  • If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us at ontrkathletics@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery.

  • Please include your order number and photos of the fault/issue.

  • Once we confirm the issue, we will offer either:

    • A replacement (at no extra cost), or

    • A full refund.

Cancellations

  • After production has begun, we cannot cancel your order.

Exchanges

  • We do not offer exchanges as each item is custom made. Please ensure you check sizing guides carefully before placing an order.

Refunds
